# Movofit vs She Believes

The clearest difference is update cadence: She Believes at every 5 weeks against Movofit's every 6 months. Movofit's advantage is ratings volume (708 vs 12) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Movofit holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Movofit has 708 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two.
