# PMLP App vs Astound Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: PMLP App at 4.3 against Astound Mobile's 1.3. Astound Mobile's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months) and ratings volume (52 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PMLP App holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astound Mobile has 52 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of PMLP App's written reviews are positive against 3% of Astound Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
