# Ting vs CBUS Trash

Ting and CBUS Trash both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of CBUS Trash's written reviews are positive against 72% of Ting's. CBUS Trash also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Ting's advantage is ratings volume (109K vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CBUS Trash holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ting has 109K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
