# Songistic vs JAMMATES

The clearest difference is price: Songistic at Free against JAMMATES's $15.99. Songistic also leads on review sentiment (92% vs 65%). JAMMATES's advantage is rating (3.8 vs 3.0) and ads (none vs shown). On ratings volume, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Songistic is free to download; JAMMATES costs $15.99 up front. Songistic sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $7.99 per year and JAMMATES sells 28 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

JAMMATES holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 7 and 17 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 92% of Songistic's written reviews are positive against 65% of JAMMATES's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
