# InternetFM vs Internet Radio

The clearest difference is ads: InternetFM at none against Internet Radio's shown. InternetFM also leads on review sentiment (89% vs 70%) and device support (6 vs 2). Internet Radio's advantage is ratings volume (169 vs 13). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. InternetFM sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month and Internet Radio sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for InternetFM against 4.7 for Internet Radio. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Internet Radio has 169 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 89% of InternetFM's written reviews are positive against 70% of Internet Radio's.

InternetFM ships an update every 6 weeks, Internet Radio every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
