# Survival & Craft vs The Ghost

The clearest difference is rating: Survival & Craft at 4.7 against The Ghost's 3.9. Survival & Craft also leads on ratings volume (34K vs 4.5K). The Ghost's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and chart position (#63 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Survival & Craft sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and The Ghost sells 17 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Survival & Craft holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Survival & Craft has 34K ratings behind it against 4.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 64% of Survival & Craft's written reviews are positive against 60% of The Ghost's.

Survival & Craft ships an update every 2 months, The Ghost every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
