# Bridge Builder Simulator 2021 vs Bridge idle

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Bridge Builder Simulator 2021 at 100% against Bridge idle's 23%. Bridge Builder Simulator 2021 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). Bridge idle's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 17 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bridge idle sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Bridge Builder Simulator 2021 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bridge idle holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bridge idle has 180 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Bridge Builder Simulator 2021's written reviews are positive against 23% of Bridge idle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bridge Builder Simulator 2021 ships an update every 17 months, Bridge idle every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
