# MindNet vs Mind Map

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Mind Map at 80% against MindNet's 61%. Mind Map also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). MindNet's advantage is ratings volume (48 vs 6) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindNet sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Mind Map sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mind Map holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MindNet has 48 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of MindNet's written reviews are positive against 80% of Mind Map's.

MindNet ships an update fortnightly, Mind Map weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
