# Every Mother vs Stroller Steps

The clearest difference is monetization model: Stroller Steps at free with in-app purchases against Every Mother's subscription. Every Mother's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 67). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Every Mother sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and Stroller Steps sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Every Mother holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Every Mother has 1.3K ratings behind it against 67, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 62% of Every Mother's written reviews are positive against 65% of Stroller Steps's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Every Mother ships an update every 2 weeks, Stroller Steps monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
