# DiagnosUs vs Aslami MedCore

The clearest difference is monetization model: Aslami MedCore at free against DiagnosUs's free with in-app purchases. DiagnosUs's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 3). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for DiagnosUs against 4.7 for Aslami MedCore. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DiagnosUs has 1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
