# Mathletics Students vs ESF Hub

The clearest difference is rating: Mathletics Students at 3.0 against ESF Hub's 2.0. Mathletics Students also leads on ratings volume (143 vs 4). ESF Hub's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 32%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mathletics Students holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mathletics Students has 143 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Mathletics Students's written reviews are positive against 50% of ESF Hub's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Mathletics Students ships an update every 2 months, ESF Hub monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
