# Kaam Kotha vs Flatmates

The clearest difference is rating: Flatmates at 4.5 against Kaam Kotha's 3.0. Flatmates also leads on ratings volume (58 vs 5). Kaam Kotha's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and review sentiment (36% vs 17%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kaam Kotha sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Flatmates sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flatmates holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flatmates has 58 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Kaam Kotha's written reviews are positive against 17% of Flatmates's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kaam Kotha ships an update weekly, Flatmates monthly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
