# FormaTrack vs sWeight

The clearest difference is review sentiment: sWeight at 100% against FormaTrack's 39%. sWeight also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 weeks). FormaTrack's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (210 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FormaTrack sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and sWeight sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FormaTrack holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FormaTrack has 210 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of FormaTrack's written reviews are positive against 100% of sWeight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FormaTrack ships an update every 5 weeks, sWeight every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
