# FormaTrack vs Progress Pics

The clearest difference is rating: Progress Pics at 5.0 against FormaTrack's 4.4. FormaTrack's advantage is ratings volume (210 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FormaTrack sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Progress Pics sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Progress Pics holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FormaTrack has 210 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FormaTrack ships an update every 5 weeks, Progress Pics monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
