# FormaTrack vs Vida Pressed

The clearest difference is rating: Vida Pressed at 5.0 against FormaTrack's 4.4. FormaTrack's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and ratings volume (210 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FormaTrack sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Vida Pressed sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $49.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vida Pressed holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FormaTrack has 210 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FormaTrack ships an update every 5 weeks, Vida Pressed monthly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
