# LibDib vs SG Proof

The clearest difference is rating: LibDib at 4.5 against SG Proof's 2.2. LibDib also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 16%) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.1). SG Proof's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LibDib holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SG Proof has 125 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of LibDib's written reviews are positive against 16% of SG Proof's.

LibDib ships an update every 2 months, SG Proof monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
