# VPN vs Fast VPN Proxy

The clearest difference is review sentiment: VPN at 90% against Fast VPN Proxy's 30%. VPN also leads on ratings volume (2.1M vs 375) and rating (4.6 vs 4.3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Fast VPN Proxy sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN has 2.1M ratings behind it against 375, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 90% of VPN's written reviews are positive against 30% of Fast VPN Proxy's.

VPN ships an update weekly, Fast VPN Proxy every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
