# VPN vs Offload

The clearest difference is ads: Offload at none against VPN's shown. VPN's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and chart position (#8 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days and Offload sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN ships an update weekly, Offload monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
