# HFun Pro vs XIL RC

The clearest difference is rating: XIL RC at 4.0 against HFun Pro's 3.1. HFun Pro's advantage is ratings volume (65 vs 2) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XIL RC holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HFun Pro has 65 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

HFun Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, XIL RC every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
