# MOIA vs Hamburg

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MOIA at 95% against Hamburg's 25%. MOIA also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (635 vs 6). Hamburg's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MOIA holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MOIA has 635 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 95% of MOIA's written reviews are positive against 25% of Hamburg's.

MOIA ships an update fortnightly, Hamburg every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
