# BCCI vs CricTracker

The clearest difference is rating: CricTracker at 5.0 against BCCI's 4.4. CricTracker also leads on iOS requirement (13 vs 17.0). BCCI's advantage is ratings volume (625 vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CricTracker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BCCI has 625 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

BCCI ships an update every 2 weeks, CricTracker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
