# UE Remote vs Rokoko Remote

The clearest difference is rating: Rokoko Remote at 2.8 against UE Remote's 1.0. Rokoko Remote also leads on ratings volume (11 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). UE Remote's advantage is review sentiment (31% vs 20%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Rokoko Remote holds the better App Store score, 2.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rokoko Remote has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of UE Remote's written reviews are positive against 20% of Rokoko Remote's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UE Remote ships an update every 6 months, Rokoko Remote every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
