# NPGAction vs DL

The clearest difference is update cadence: DL at every 3 weeks against NPGAction's every 4 months. NPGAction's advantage is iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NPGAction ships an update every 4 months, DL every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
