# Find.Dance vs My Gift Buddy

The clearest difference is rating: Find.Dance at 4.6 against My Gift Buddy's 4.0. Find.Dance also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 32 months). My Gift Buddy's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Find.Dance holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Find.Dance has 19 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Find.Dance's written reviews are positive against 100% of My Gift Buddy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Find.Dance ships an update every 3 months, My Gift Buddy every 32 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
