# Grower Mobile vs Scale

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Grower Mobile at 80% against Scale's 0%. Scale's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.7) and iOS requirement (16 vs 18.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Scale holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 10 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Grower Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of Scale's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
