# HomeAtmo vs Element

The clearest difference is review sentiment: HomeAtmo at 70% against Element's 24%. HomeAtmo also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). Element's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 8) and chart position (#116 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HomeAtmo sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Element sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $4.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HomeAtmo holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Element has 1.4K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 70% of HomeAtmo's written reviews are positive against 24% of Element's.

HomeAtmo ships an update monthly, Element every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
