# Blacksheep vs BRUK

The clearest difference is ads: BRUK at none against Blacksheep's shown. BRUK also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blacksheep sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $499.00 per month and BRUK sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blacksheep ships an update every 4 weeks, BRUK every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
