# Lexody vs DuoCards

The clearest difference is rating: DuoCards at 4.7 against Lexody's 3.0. DuoCards also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Lexody's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lexody sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and DuoCards sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DuoCards holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DuoCards has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Lexody ships an update every 2 weeks, DuoCards monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
