# ARCCTV vs Mapvia

The clearest difference is chart position: ARCCTV at #144 against Mapvia's unranked. ARCCTV also leads on review sentiment (14% vs 3%) and device support (3 vs 1). Mapvia's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (588 vs 102). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ARCCTV sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $5.59 per month and Mapvia sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for ARCCTV against 4.3 for Mapvia. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mapvia has 588 ratings behind it against 102, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 14% of ARCCTV's written reviews are positive against 3% of Mapvia's.

ARCCTV ships an update every 2 months, Mapvia every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
