# STM Forums vs Evo

The clearest difference is rating: Evo at 4.6 against STM Forums's 3.5. Evo also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 50%) and ratings volume (24 vs 2). STM Forums's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. STM Forums asks for nothing beyond the download.

Evo holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Evo has 24 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 50% of STM Forums's written reviews are positive against 83% of Evo's.
