# Stavix vs Virtual Scale

The clearest difference is rating: Virtual Scale at 5.0 against Stavix's 3.0. Virtual Scale also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Stavix's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stavix sells 13 one-off in-app purchases and Virtual Scale sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
