# LU Mobile vs TalkAI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TalkAI at 93% against LU Mobile's 40%. TalkAI also leads on ratings volume (2.4K vs 1) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). LU Mobile's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 21) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TalkAI sells 21 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. LU Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

LU Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TalkAI has 2.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of LU Mobile's written reviews are positive against 93% of TalkAI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LU Mobile ships an update monthly, TalkAI every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
