# Golf GPS++ vs GoBirdie

The clearest difference is update cadence: GoBirdie at every 2 days against Golf GPS++'s every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Golf GPS++ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and GoBirdie sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Golf GPS++ ships an update every 3 weeks, GoBirdie every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
