# Acuris vs FactSet

The clearest difference is rating: FactSet at 4.6 against Acuris's 1.8. FactSet also leads on ratings volume (367 vs 13) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Acuris's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FactSet holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FactSet has 367 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Acuris's written reviews are positive against 19% of FactSet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Acuris ships an update every 2 months, FactSet every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
