# Hexio vs Rotatic 2

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Hexio at 260 against Rotatic 2's 7. Rotatic 2's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hexio sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Rotatic 2 sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Hexio against 4.7 for Rotatic 2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hexio has 260 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of Hexio's written reviews are positive against 100% of Rotatic 2's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
