# Locker Pro vs 极简密码本

The clearest difference is rating: Locker Pro at 4.8 against 极简密码本's 2.0. Locker Pro also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (245 vs 1). 极简密码本's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Locker Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and 极简密码本 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Locker Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Locker Pro has 245 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Locker Pro's written reviews are positive against 68% of 极简密码本's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
