# MOVE.IT vs AR

The clearest difference is update cadence: AR at every 5 months against MOVE.IT's every 12 months. AR also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MOVE.IT ships an update every 12 months, AR every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
