# Midco Freestyle vs MyHitron+

The clearest difference is monetization model: MyHitron+ at free against Midco Freestyle's subscription. MyHitron+ also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months) and review sentiment (13% vs 5%). Midco Freestyle's advantage is ratings volume (189 vs 19) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.9 for Midco Freestyle against 3.0 for MyHitron+.
