# HerbList vs Backyard Garden

The clearest difference is price: HerbList at Free against Backyard Garden's $1.99. HerbList also leads on rating (3.5 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (40 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

HerbList is free to download; Backyard Garden costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
