# Heges 3D Scanner vs Viso

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Heges 3D Scanner at 48% against Viso's 0%. Heges 3D Scanner also leads on ratings volume (306 vs 11) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Viso's advantage is rating (3.6 vs 2.8) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Heges 3D Scanner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Viso sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Viso holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Heges 3D Scanner has 306 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 48% of Heges 3D Scanner's written reviews are positive against 0% of Viso's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Heges 3D Scanner ships an update every 3 months, Viso every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
