# Hearing Aid vs hearing device

The clearest difference is rating: Hearing Aid at 4.4 against hearing device's 2.6. Hearing Aid also leads on ratings volume (75 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). hearing device's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Hearing Aid holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.6.
