# Realtor.com PRO vs Agent Tools by StreetEasy

The clearest difference is rating: Realtor.com PRO at 4.5 against Agent Tools by StreetEasy's 2.2. Realtor.com PRO also leads on ratings volume (284 vs 28). Agent Tools by StreetEasy's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs monthly) and review sentiment (25% vs 11%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Realtor.com PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Realtor.com PRO has 284 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Realtor.com PRO's written reviews are positive against 25% of Agent Tools by StreetEasy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Realtor.com PRO ships an update monthly, Agent Tools by StreetEasy weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
