# Realtor.com PRO vs PaperCut Hive

The clearest difference is rating: Realtor.com PRO at 4.5 against PaperCut Hive's 4.0. Realtor.com PRO also leads on ratings volume (284 vs 4). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Realtor.com PRO holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Realtor.com PRO has 284 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 11% of Realtor.com PRO's written reviews are positive against 12% of PaperCut Hive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
