# iRobot vs Bebird

iRobot and Bebird both sit at 3.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of iRobot's written reviews are positive against 21% of Bebird's. iRobot also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.0). Bebird's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (20 vs 2). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.0 for iRobot against 3.0 for Bebird. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bebird has 20 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of iRobot's written reviews are positive against 21% of Bebird's.

iRobot ships an update monthly, Bebird every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
