# Big Joe GO! vs Softbase Service

The clearest difference is rating: Big Joe GO! at 5.0 against Softbase Service's 3.4. Softbase Service's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Big Joe GO! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Softbase Service has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Big Joe GO! ships an update every 2 months, Softbase Service monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
