# The Mockingapp vs HolyDay

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The Mockingapp at none against HolyDay's 3. The Mockingapp also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). HolyDay's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HolyDay sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. The Mockingapp asks for nothing beyond the download.

The Mockingapp ships an update every 2 months, HolyDay fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
