# LB 908 vs Next Spaceflight

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Next Spaceflight at 29K against LB 908's 21. Next Spaceflight also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and chart position (#148 vs unranked). LB 908's advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Next Spaceflight holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Next Spaceflight has 29K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of LB 908's written reviews are positive against 91% of Next Spaceflight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LB 908 ships an update every 10 days, Next Spaceflight every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
