# Blindfold Video vs EyeFront

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Blindfold Video at 100% against EyeFront's 50%. Blindfold Video also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.6). EyeFront's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EyeFront holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Blindfold Video's written reviews are positive against 50% of EyeFront's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blindfold Video ships an update every 3 months, EyeFront every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
