# Online Exam Software vs TLDL

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Online Exam Software at none against TLDL's 12. Online Exam Software also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15 vs 18.0). TLDL's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 1) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TLDL sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Online Exam Software asks for nothing beyond the download.

Online Exam Software holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TLDL has 7.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Online Exam Software ships an update monthly, TLDL every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
