# Bartender School vs Cocktail Bar Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cocktail Bar Pro at 100% against Bartender School's 43%. Cocktail Bar Pro also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Bartender School's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bartender School sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Cocktail Bar Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cocktail Bar Pro holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bartender School has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of Bartender School's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cocktail Bar Pro's.

Bartender School ships an update monthly, Cocktail Bar Pro every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
